Booking & Scheduling
How do I book a cleaning service?
Simply fill out our online booking form on the Request a Clean page. Select your service type and preferred date and time. For regular cleaning services with listed pricing, you can book directly. If you're inquiring about a specialty service without a price listed, we'll contact you to discuss your needs and provide a custom quote.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking a regular cleaning service at least 24 hours in advance. If we have same-day availability, we're more than willing to take a same-day appointment. For specialized services or complex requests, booking further in advance helps us better accommodate your needs.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours notice. Your deposit will be held for your next cleaning.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made within 72hrs of your scheduled appointment for a full refund. If cancelled after 72hrs of your appointment your deposit is non-refundable. For assistance, contact us directly.
Payment & Pricing
What is your pricing structure?
Pricing varies based on your home size, service type, and specific needs. Check our Pricing page for general guidelines. We'll provide a custom quote after reviewing your booking form.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, digital payment apps (Venmo, PayPal, Cash App), and checks. A 50% deposit is due when confirming your appointment, and the remaining balance is due upon completion of the cleaning.
Do you offer discounts for recurring services?
Yes! We offer discounts for recurring weekly or bi-weekly cleaning services. Contact us to discuss a customized cleaning plan and pricing.

What's included in regular cleaning?
Regular cleaning includes vacuuming, dusting, mopping, bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, trash removal, and optional bedsheet/towel changes. See our Services page for detailed information on all service types.
Do you use eco-friendly products?
Yes! We use non-toxic, pet-safe, eco-friendly cleaning products. If you have specific product preferences or allergies, just let us know on your booking form and we'll accommodate your needs.
How long does a cleaning take?
Time varies by home size and service type. Regular cleaning typically takes 2-4 hours, deep cleaning 4-8 hours. The first cleaning may take longer than subsequent visits. We'll estimate duration based on your home details.
Are there extra charges for pets or special situations?
Yes, there may be additional fees for pet incidentals (deep cleaning: +$25, move-out: +$50). Specialty services like elderly care or low-income assistance have different pricing. We'll provide transparent pricing in your custom quote.
Home Preparation
Do I need to prepare my home before the cleaning?
You don't need extensive prep! Putting away valuables and tidying clutter helps us work more efficiently. A 30-minute walkthrough before we start allows us to understand your home and provide accurate service.
What if I'm not home during the cleaning?
That's no problem! Let us know your lock-up procedure on the booking form. We're fully insured, and your home is our priority. We'll secure everything before leaving.
Can I request specific areas to focus on?
Absolutely! Use the Special Requests section of our booking form to highlight areas you'd like us to prioritize. We're happy to customize our service to your needs.
Safety & Insurance
Are you insured?
Yes! We're a fully insured small business with liability insurance. Your home and belongings are protected when you hire us.
What if something gets damaged?
We take great care with your belongings. If minor damage occurs, we can discuss and agree upon a solution. We don't repair major damages, but our insurance covers accidents during cleaning. Please report any damage immediately.
Are your cleaners background checked?
We're a brother-sister team that runs our business personally. We prioritize trust and professionalism in everything we do. Your home and family are important to us.
